Here’s how client’s sum up the experience of working with Lyn:

“I can truly say that coaching with Lyn helped me do things that I only believed I could do. It was a process of partnership where I was skillfully supported through times when I needed to anchor into my own deep resources and capacity and see what I could do. Lyn provided that beautifully and more.”         ~ Nancy Porthan, Entrepreneur

“I’ve been coached and trained by Thomas Leonard, and I’ve graduated from other coach training programs and this is the first time I was able to identify a clear process that I could consciously recreate with confidence. Your coaching skill within your coaching framework gave me a model that has increased my competence as a coach. This valuable deliverable has now stood the true test of time and experience within my practice. The by-products of your coaching and mentoring have shown up for me where it is most important – improvements in my clients’ results. Thank you for the contributions your unique gifts and talents are making to the coaching industry. You are making a HUGE difference”             ~ Mary L. Duwe, CFP Strategic Coaching.
